i've decided to make myself a spread sheet. i will record my complete calorie intake, that includes binges and everything because i need to do something to get back on track because i do not need to be fat!!! i'll post my results in the evenings!!!
thanks for the twitter follow dyl! hope the spreadsheet is working out for you :) i used to do a system of ticks, one tick for every 100 calories so I allowed myself 5 on bad days and things like that depending on what your limits are. It worked for me! Take care and tweet! :) x
