my first binge free day in i don't know how long.
well today i had a salad
2 slices off a small pizza (24cm diameter)
3 pieces of bruschetta
1/4 pear
and that's it. whaaaaaat
i mean reading it it's a lot but seriously that's nothing compared to the past few weeks.
then this evening i reread my old blog entries filled with discipline and calorie counting. i'm going to regain those days. starting monday i'll have a full kitchen. only thing missing now is the stove. welcome back healthy food, good bye quick fixes. welcome food scale.
i'm excited.
haha yeeeah that does kinda sound like a lot but if it is a lot less than you have been eating then good! I am very proud of you!!!
