I just weighed myself 168.7lbs (76.5kg) and a BMI of 27.4
I am really excited right now BUT that's a huge ass difference, so I'm not to sure how much I can trust it but it does make me happy, I won't change my ticker on the top or my weight on the side until tomorrow to make sure.
So far I've had
1 cup of ginger tea
2.5 cups of fruity tea
1 cup (about 200ml not to sure) of SB Milk
Which is more than I usually drink anyway so maybe it's water weight coming off. I don't care even if I do prefer it was fat. I found these exercises online I might try them out today because I need to do something
If I can really stick to not eating today and that weight just now is true then I'll probably be able to stick to not eating for a while which makes me happy.
