i fuck up and then i sabotage myself
last night went like this:

if i fuck up once in a day i see no more point for that day
i should be glad it's not a lot of gain all things considered.
@tia i was glad i couldn't purge for the same reasons but as you can see it unfortunately didn't stay that way
right now i have a liter of tea cooling off next to me, today i won't be leaving the house so i know i have to do it. i can do it. there's nothing stopping me except for me
